Ship Healthcare Holdings宣布提出總額454億日圓的公開收購，目標是將護理之家營運商Charm Care Corporation納為全資子公司。收購價為每股1,970日圓，較11月6日收盤價溢價39%；收購期間訂於11月9日至12月21日。Charm Care支持此收購案，並建議股東應賣。Ship Healthcare目前已間接持有Charm Care 29%股權。
