Rubio says Iran talks have been unproductive and Tehran's demands unacceptable
U.S. Secretary of State Rubio said negotiations with Iran had so far been unproductive and that Tehran's demands were entirely unacceptable. He added that circumstances sometimes make a diplomatic solution appear impossible.
