Germany's Merz open to talks with Putin at G20 summit if he attends
German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said he would not pass up an opportunity to speak with Vladimir Putin at the upcoming G20 summit if Putin attends. Merz said Donald Trump had invited Putin to the summit and that a German chancellor would have to speak with Putin at some point.
