Nvidia board launches independent inquiry into reports Jensen Huang was targeted by foreign intelligence
Nvidia’s board formed a committee of independent directors, assisted by outside lawyers, to investigate reports that CEO Jensen Huang was targeted by a foreign intelligence operation. Huang said he would fully cooperate after admitting infidelity in an email to employees. The board said it had no reason to believe national security or Nvidia’s confidential information had been compromised, but would review all available information. Nvidia said Huang would continue as CEO without interruption.
