Seoul price gap between 84㎡ and 59㎡ apartments narrows 29.7% in September
A Real Today analysis of government transaction data released on November 9 found that Seoul’s average price gap between 84㎡ and 59㎡ apartments narrowed 29.7% year over year in September to 168.94 million won. Average prices were 1.3011 billion won for 84㎡ apartments and 1.13216 billion won for 59㎡ units. The gap was also 59.5% smaller than in February of the previous year.
