Nvidia board launches independent investigation into claims Jensen Huang was targeted by foreign intelligence
Nvidia’s board announced an independent investigation into reports that CEO Jensen Huang had been targeted by a foreign intelligence service. A committee of independent directors, advised by independent outside counsel, will oversee the inquiry, and the board said Huang had pledged to cooperate. The board said there was no basis to conclude that national security or Nvidia’s confidential information had been compromised and expressed confidence in Huang and management.
