Jeffries backs impeaching Hegseth ahead of expected House vote
House Democratic leader Hakeem Jeffries publicly endorsed impeaching Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, saying he was a “hard yes” during a Sunday interview on ABC’s “This Week.” An impeachment resolution was expected to reach the House floor that week, with Republican Representative Thomas Massie expected to force a vote.
