France says European representatives will attend planned Ukraine talks in Abu Dhabi
French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot said representatives from several European countries, including France, would attend planned trilateral talks involving Russia, the United States and Ukraine. The talks are scheduled to begin on Tuesday in Abu Dhabi.
