Kuwait public works minister calls GCC railway agreement a milestone toward implementation
Kuwait’s Public Works Minister Noura Al-Mashaan described the general agreement for the Gulf Cooperation Council railway project as a historic milestone, saying it moves joint Gulf efforts from planning to a commitment to implementation. Her remarks followed her participation in the agreement’s signing ceremony, held alongside the 30th meeting of GCC transport ministers hosted by Bahrain.
