Property registration chief says agents cannot draft preliminary sale agreements for green-title properties
Babaei, head of the national deeds and property registration organization, said real estate agents are not authorized to draft preliminary sale agreements for properties with green title deeds. He also said agents have access to systems to verify owners’ identities and property authenticity.
