Tavanir chief says customer receivables total 130 trillion tomans as power-plant fuel constraints tighten
The chief executive of Tavanir said outstanding customer receivables totaled 130 trillion tomans. The executive also said wartime conditions had intensified constraints on fuel supplies to power plants.
