South Korean army and navy chiefs coordinating November visits to Japan
South Korea’s army and navy chiefs are coordinating visits to Japan in mid-November for separate talks with their Japanese counterparts. Citing South Korean and Japanese government officials, the account says Army Chief Kim Gyu-ha is expected to meet Ground Self-Defense Force chief Arai Masayoshi, while Navy Chief Kim Kyung-ryul is expected to meet Maritime Self-Defense Force chief Saito Akira.
