Mélenchon says France would send naval vessels to escort pro-Palestinian civilian flotillas
French presidential candidate Jean-Luc Mélenchon said France would send naval vessels to the region to escort civilian flotillas supporting Palestinian rights, similar to Italy and Spain. He also expressed strong opposition to the gradual annexation of the West Bank, southern Lebanon and Syria’s occupied Golan Heights.
