U.S. Central Command announces stronger monitoring of Iran’s land routes
U.S. Central Command announced it would strengthen monitoring of Iran’s land routes and establish a roughly 20-person task force based in Florida. It said the task force would work with other government agencies to stop shipments of weapons and sanctioned goods, targeting transport across land borders and through the Caspian Sea.
