Former federal health official Calley Means accused White House chief of staff Susie Wiles of prioritizing political fundraising over health policy in an interview with Joe Rogan. Means alleged that she withheld support for healthier children’s diets because of sugar industry donations and that her team pushed for more flavored e-cigarette approvals and relaxed kratom restrictions. Wiles and the White House were not immediately available to comment.
