Russia, US and Ukraine set to hold settlement talks in Abu Dhabi on November 10–11
Russia, the United States and Ukraine are set to hold talks on a Ukraine settlement in Abu Dhabi on November 10–11, with Russian presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky continuing as Russia’s chief negotiator. President Vladimir Putin thanked the United Arab Emirates for hosting the talks and invited members of Russia’s negotiating delegation to a meeting with permanent members of the Security Council.
