The deputy labor minister said the government has approved eligibility criteria for increased shopping-voucher benefits, with full details to be announced soon. Income thresholds are below 20 million tomans for households of one to three people and below 27 million for four-person households, rising by 7 million for each additional member. The official also said people without property or a car who lack formal employment or an identifiable income source are considered vulnerable.
