Voltas names Noel Tata chairman emeritus, appoints Sunil D’Souza as successor
Voltas named Noel Tata chairman emeritus effective November 12 and said Tata Consumer Products CEO Sunil Alaric D’Souza will replace him as chairman. Tata will retire as Voltas chairman on November 11. The company also appointed Jayant Balan managing director for a five-year term beginning May 25, 2027.
