Baidu releases ERNIE-5.5-Flash-Base weights with territorial license restrictions
Baidu has released ERNIE-5.5-Flash-Base, a 280-billion-parameter mixture-of-experts base model with 14 billion parameters active per token. The weights are available on Hugging Face in FP8 and BF16 formats, and the model supports context lengths of up to 1 million tokens for fine-tuning and inference. Its license excludes the EU, UK and South Korea from the permitted territory.
