Tesla plans to cut Cybertruck production in Texas from mid-2027, Musk says
Tesla plans to pare back Cybertruck production at its Texas factory near Austin from mid-2027 to free up capacity for the Cybercab, Chief Executive Officer Elon Musk said. It was not immediately clear from Musk’s Friday social media post whether Cybertruck production would move to another factory or be phased out completely.
