Iran's Bagheri says practical US action is needed before a new phase of diplomacy
Ali Bagheri, deputy secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, said Iran would not settle for paper commitments and must see practical US action before entering a new phase of diplomacy. He accused the United States of breaking commitments in negotiations. He also described Russian gas transfers to Iran and the North–South corridor as strategic projects for development and reducing external pressure.
