Ali Bagheri says Iran needs concrete U.S. action before a new diplomatic phase
Ali Bagheri, deputy secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, said Iran would no longer settle for U.S. commitments on paper before entering a new phase of diplomacy. He said Iran must first see practical U.S. actions and alleged that Washington had disrupted all four rounds of negotiations over the past year and a half by breaking its commitments.
