Ali Bagheri says Iran needs practical US action before a new phase of diplomacy
Ali Bagheri, deputy secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, said Iran would no longer settle for written US commitments before entering a new phase of diplomacy. He said Iran must first see practical US action and accused Washington of disrupting all four rounds of negotiations over the past year and a half by breaking its commitments.
