Ship Healthcare announces ¥45.4 billion tender offer to take Charm Care private
Ship Healthcare Holdings announced a ¥45.4 billion tender offer aimed at making nursing-home operator Charm Care Corporation a wholly owned subsidiary. The offer price is ¥1,970 per share, a 39% premium to the November 6 closing price, with purchases scheduled from November 9 to December 21. Charm Care endorsed the offer and recommended that shareholders tender their shares. Ship Healthcare already indirectly holds 29% of Charm Care.
