Ricoh raises annual net profit forecast to ¥69.5 billion on U.S. tariff refunds and subsidiary sale
Ricoh raised its net profit forecast for the year ending March 2027 by ¥7.5 billion to ¥69.5 billion, up 25% from the previous year, citing U.S. tariff refunds and the sale of an overseas subsidiary. It also lifted its operating profit forecast by ¥8 billion to ¥103 billion, up 14%, with a weaker-than-expected yen providing support. For April–September 2026, revenue rose 6% to ¥1.2944 trillion and net profit increased 2.3-fold to ¥55.7 billion.
