Public pension fund GPIF announced a ¥5.2533 trillion investment loss for July–September, with an overall return of minus 1.65%. Assets under management stood at ¥314.3876 trillion at the end of September. Domestic bonds accounted for 26.49% of assets, or about 25% excluding reserves managed in the pension special account, broadly matching its target allocation.
