Imuraya Group's April–September net profit falls 36% as packaging costs rise
Imuraya Group announced that consolidated net profit for April–September 2026 fell 36% year on year to ¥931 million, as higher film and packaging-material prices linked to Middle East tensions weighed on earnings. Sales rose 1% to ¥26.4 billion, supported by locally produced ice cream products in the United States and frozen products in Japan. The company kept its full-year earnings and dividend forecasts for the year ending March 2027 unchanged.
