Sanrio posts record April–September net profit, up 6% to ¥29.1 billion
Sanrio announced that net profit for April–September 2026 rose 6% year on year to ¥29.1 billion, a record for the period. Revenue increased 23% to ¥107.7 billion and operating profit rose 9% to ¥42.8 billion, also period records. Its licensing business featuring popular characters such as Hello Kitty and Pompompurin performed strongly.
