Muji to suspend online store and most app functions after possible customer-data leaks
Ryohin Keikaku announced it would temporarily suspend Muji’s e-commerce site and all MUJI app functions except membership barcode display to strengthen security following possible data leaks from unauthorized access. The company expects the site to resume operations in one to two days and anticipates a limited impact on business performance.
