Tsubaki Nakashima to close three overseas plants by end-2027, shift production mainly to India
Precision-parts maker Tsubaki Nakashima announced plans to close three plants in Poland, Slovakia and the U.S. state of Tennessee by the end of December 2027, transferring production mainly to India. The plants employed a combined 495 people at the end of December 2025, and the company plans reassignments and other measures. It will disclose the impact on its consolidated results for the year ending December 2026 once known.
