China launches anti-dumping investigation into ENB imports from EU and Japan
China's commerce ministry launched an anti-dumping investigation into ethylidene norbornene (ENB) imports from the European Union and Japan following a domestic industry complaint. Effective November 6, the probe will examine alleged dumping from July 2025 through June 2026 and injury from January 2023 through June 2026. ENB is a raw material for EPDM rubber and other synthetic materials; the investigation is expected to conclude by November 6, 2027, with a possible six-month extension.
