Calbee's April–September net profit rises 8% to ¥7.2 billion
Calbee announced consolidated net profit of ¥7.2 billion for April–September 2026, up 8% from the previous comparable period. Sales rose 6% to ¥175.6 billion, while operating profit increased 16% to ¥11.8 billion, supported by higher productivity as its Setouchi Hiroshima factory ramped up production. The impact of Middle East tensions on domestic operations was smaller than planned, but the company expects a larger-than-anticipated overseas impact for the full year.
