Geoje seeks approval for innovation park with 1.5 trillion won in planned private investment
Geoje City announced that it and private developer Grancruse had submitted an integrated development plan to South Korea’s land ministry for approval of a proposed business innovation park. The project envisages about 1.5 trillion won in private investment across approximately 1.28 million square meters in Geoje, focusing on bio-care, IT-digital and media-art industries. The submitted plan divides the site into business, tourism and residential clusters.
