C&M outlines IPO terms and plans expansion into robotics and data-center motors
Motor maker C&M outlined plans at an IPO briefing in Seoul to expand into robotics, data centers and defense using its automotive motor technology. It plans to offer 2.95 million shares at an indicative price of 10,000–13,000 won, raising 29.5–38.35 billion won, and targets a Kosdaq listing in November. The company plans to use the proceeds for research and development and expanded production facilities.
