TC Materials announces 10 billion won share placement to Biosmart and Omni System
TC Materials disclosed a third-party share placement to raise approximately 10 billion won for operating funds and other purposes. It will issue 2,601,456 new common shares at 3,844 won each. Biosmart, its largest shareholder, and Omni System, a related party, will each receive 1,300,728 shares.
