OpenAI announces community-engagement commitments for new data centers
OpenAI unveiled commitments governing new data-center development, saying it would not require public officials to sign nondisclosure agreements for negotiations. The company also said it would seek community input and provide clear public information about the energy, water and noise impacts of its infrastructure investments.
