South Korean SME agency sets goal to train 60,000 AI specialists by 2030
South Korea’s Korea SMEs and Startups Agency announced a roadmap targeting the training of 60,000 AI specialists for small and medium-sized enterprises by 2030. At a November 6 vision ceremony in Ansan, it also opened a manufacturing AI education center with practical training facilities and an AI transformation experience zone. The roadmap prioritizes AI transformation specialists, workplace-focused skills and a broader public role in balanced regional development.
