FINRA fined Webull $4.2 million over customer-verification failures, committee says
The Select Committee on the Strategic Competition Between the United States and China said FINRA fined Webull $4.2 million for approving more than 120,000 accounts without properly verifying customers and missing possible market manipulation. The committee reported the enforcement action as occurring today.
