Labour gains in New Zealand poll, but election outcome remains unclear
New Zealand’s opposition Labour Party rose 2 percentage points to 30.7% in the latest Post-Freshwater Strategy poll, while the governing National Party fell 1.2 points to 26.4%, Reuters reported. The poll, conducted with Infrastructure New Zealand and released Friday, still showed no clear election outcome ahead of Saturday’s general election.
