Trump calls for rivals’ votes to go to Republican incumbent in uncalled Alaska Senate race

President Trump called on Truth Social for votes cast for Dan J. Sullivan and Gerald Heikes in Alaska’s Senate election to be given to Republican incumbent Dan S. Sullivan. The race remained uncalled, with Democrat Mary Peltola leading by just over 600 votes and 78 percent tallied. Under Alaska’s ranked-choice system, votes for eliminated candidates are redistributed according to voters’ subsequent choices.
