CFTC chair announces interpretative guidance on impartial exchange access
CFTC Chairman Mike Selig announced interpretative guidance that he said ensures exchanges provide competitive, open, fair and impartial access to their members under CFTC regulations. He said geographic access restrictions undermine the national uniformity and consistency intended by the Commodity Exchange Act.
