Social insurance chief says London court ruled in institution’s favor against former director
Acting social insurance director general Khaled Al-Mudhaf said the English Commercial Court in London had issued a first-instance judgment in the institution’s favor against former director general Fahad Al-Rajaan and his associates. He said the judgment covered all claims, with interest and costs to be addressed at later hearings. Al-Mudhaf said the institution would continue pursuing procedures arising from the judgment and recovering its rights.
