Carr says FCC voted for reciprocity rules on electronics testing

Brendan Carr said the FCC has voted to adopt rules requiring electronics to be tested at U.S. labs or in countries that recognize the work of U.S. labs. He framed the rules as a reciprocity measure, claiming that over 80% of electronics are currently tested in countries that do not accept devices tested at American labs.
