Texas Gov.-elect Gina Hinojosa announced members of a bipartisan transition team at her first press conference since Democrats won every statewide seat on Tuesday, CBS News reported. She said she would govern for all Texans and described outgoing Gov. Greg Abbott as “gracious,” saying both were committed to a smooth transition.
