Kuwait pension fund broadly wins London lawsuit over alleged bribes
Kuwait's Public Institution for Social Security broadly won its London lawsuit against asset manager Man Group and other defendants over allegations of laundering bribes paid to its late director, Fahad Al Rajaan. Judge Richard Jacobs said the fund's compensation claims were broadly successful, but the amounts payable remained undetermined. The fund alleged that Al Rajaan and his associates received at least $970 million in bribes over two decades.
