Christian Freuding appointed Germany’s next Chief of Defence
German Defence Minister Boris Pistorius has appointed Lieutenant-General Christian Freuding to succeed General Carsten Breuer as Germany’s Chief of Defence in February 2027, according to the referenced announcement.
