First lady Melania Trump will host Russian and Ukrainian representatives at the White House on November 5, NBC News reports. The Kremlin says envoy Kirill Dmitriev and human rights commissioner Yana Lantratova will represent Russia. Ukraine has not confirmed its delegation, but David Arakhamia will participate, his office said; NBC says this appears to be the sides’ first face-to-face meeting in the United States.
