Zelenskyy outlines EU accession goals after talks with António Costa
Zelenskyy said he discussed Ukraine’s EU accession process with European Council President António Costa, including efforts to close all negotiation clusters by year-end and begin closing chapters next year. He said they also discussed preparations for a trilateral meeting in Abu Dhabi. Zelenskyy reiterated that Europe should participate in negotiations on Ukraine’s security guarantees and economic recovery, saying Costa supported that position.
