ADNOC-ADQ venture TA'ZIZ secures $1.39 billion for terminal and ammonia projects
TA'ZIZ, a joint venture of ADNOC and ADQ, said it finalized $1.39 billion in additional financing for two projects. More than $928 million, including $225 million in Islamic financing, will support a chemicals terminal, while more than $460 million will fund an ammonia facility with annual capacity of one million metric tons. According to ADNOC, both financing transactions were executed at ADIPEC in Abu Dhabi and were oversubscribed.
